Job summary

Zimmer Biomet in the UK is seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist to support hospitals, working with Sales Reps, KAMs, and the Sales Manager to service theatres and provide technical support. You will deliver bespoke training to surgeons and scrub staff, and attend to real-time in-theatre needs to ensure safe use of our Recon products. The role requires strong presentation and relationship skills, with a focus on expanding Platinum and Silver client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong knowledge in Orthopaedics with competitor awareness.
• Excellent presentations, customer-centric approach, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice in the OR on Zimmer Biomet products.
• Deliver bespoke training to surgeons and scrub staff.
• Generate sales leads within Platinum & Silver customers.
• Manage logistics around procedure planning and consignment stock.
• Provide onsite product demonstrations and educational support.
• Keep Salesforce up to date with accounts and activities.
• Report monthly on performance and competitive activity.
