Job summary

WWL is recruiting an unregistered Therapy position to support Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy services within a busy elective surgery pathway. The role involves supervising designated caseloads, delivering treatment programmes, and contributing to service improvements under supervision.

Candidates should have NVQ Level III (or equivalent) and basic Maths/English, with CPD evidence strongly encouraged. The post is full-time, 37.5 hours, across a 7-day rota.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level III or equivalent (e.g. BTEC) is required.
• Basic Maths and English at a suitable level are expected.
• Evidence of CPD maintained in a portfolio should be provided.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and deliver therapy programmes within team parameters.
• Assist in assessment and treatment processes.
• Evaluate patient progress and liaise with the multidisciplinary team.
