NHS Golden Jubilee in Clydebank is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join the Orthopaedic Wards team. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care from admission to discharge, working with a skilled multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.

You will hold UK NMC registration, communicate clearly, organise your workload and participate in audits and professional development.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high‑standard, evidence‑based nursing care.
• Organise and prioritise workload to meet patient needs.
• Work within legal, ethical and professional frameworks.
• Support junior staff and students with mentorship.
• Use sound clinical judgement in assessing patients.
• Participate in audit, governance and service improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality.
• Contribute to smooth departmental running in absence of Senior Charge Nurse.
• Use ECG, IV pumps and bladder scanners safely and competently.
