Job summary

A leading dental recruitment agency has an exciting opportunity for an Orthodontic Therapist in Reading. This role offers clinical freedom along with excellent support and modern facilities. Candidates should be GDC-registered and possess strong communication and teamwork skills. Experience in private orthodontic care is desirable. The position is available on a flexible basis, whether full-time or part-time, with comprehensive administrative support and benefits, such as 28 non-clinic days.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Orthodontic Therapist, to work within one of our clients established NHS & Private Dental Practices located across the south of England.

Are you seeking a role that gives you the clinical freedom to provide the dentistry you're passionate about, while expanding your skills and growing patient demand including NHS patients?

The Contract & Benefits

  • Remuneration:40% of private orthodontic revenue
  • Full PPE
  • Up to 28 non-clinic-days (inclusive of bank holidays, pro rata)
  • Full administrative and digital workflow support, including OrthoBridge and central OT coordinator.
  • A modern, advanced, spacious, practice with access to the latest equipment and materials
  • The Working Hours
  • The position is available on a full-time/part-time basis.
  • Surgery space available: Monday to Saturday.

Our clients offer fully computerised and modern facilities, including spacious surgeries, staff and decontamination rooms, digital x-rays and professional support teams. Some of our clients also offer disability access, whilst others offer a comprehensive range of services, such as implants, sedation, orthodontic and endo, with the latest Cerec equipment.

About You:
