Job summary

Green Apple Dental in Wolverhampton is seeking an experienced Orthodontic Therapist to join a modern, independently owned 3-surgery practice. You will treat both NHS and Private patients, working on fixed appliances and aligner cases, 1–2 days per week with 2–4 sessions. The start date is January 2027.

The role offers an hourly rate up to £38, with free onsite parking and a supportive team under a Specialist Orthodontist. Days are negotiable and full compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Experienced Orthodontic Therapist for NHS and private cases.
• GDC registration required with current practicing status.
• 1–2 days per week, 2–4 sessions; days negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Treat NHS and Private patients with fixed appliance and aligner cases.
• Work under supervision of a Specialist Orthodontist.
• Ensure high standards of care and infection control.

Compliance requirements:

• Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
• Local Area Team confirmation
• GDC certificate
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
• Indemnity certificate

• Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
