Job summary

Invisiblebraces4u proudly opens a search for an experienced Orthodontic Therapist to join our Manchester group. This role is based in a busy practice and requires Sundays 9:30am to 6:30pm with a competitive £55 per hour remuneration.

Ideal candidates will be GDC registered, with Hep B immunisations and a clear DBS. You’ll operate under a dentist's prescription, maintaining high standards of care and contributing to our patient journey at IB4U.

Qualifications

• GDC registration required, ideally with 2 years’ experience as an Orthodontic Therapist in the UK
• Hep B immunisations required
• Clear DBS certificate and indemnity cover
• Able to deliver a fantastic patient journey and ensure positive practice experience
• Invisalign dentistry experience is highly desirable
• Experience in airflow and GBT is desirable

Responsibilities

• Carry out high-quality orthodontic therapy under a dentist's prescription and in line with regulations
• Follow practice policies and procedures per GDC guidelines
• Maintain professional indemnity and ensure CPD is undertaken
• Promote productive working relationships with dental team
• Liaise with practice partner on administration, pay and service conditions

Invisiblebraces4u (IB4U) are excited to be opening a search for an experienced and qualified Orthodontic Therapist to join us at our reputable and award winning dental group, located out of KISS Dental Manchester.

Here at IB4U, we are the largest Invisalign provider in Europe, with a mission to make it easy, affordable & accessible to everyone. We have a proven & effective marketing model, meaning we perform thousands of cases each year. Due to significant business growth, we are now looking for an Orthodontic Therapist to join us on our journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out a high-quality orthodontic therapy treatment under the prescription of a dentist in line with current legislation and regulations
• Following practice policies & procedures at all times in line with GDC guidelines
• Ensure that the required professional indemnity and insurance are in place and that all necessary CPD is undertaken
• Promote, establish and maintain productive working relationships with all members of the dental team
• Liaising with the practice partner on all matters concerning administration, pay and service conditions

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Valid GDC registration – ideally with 2 years’ experience working as an Orthodontic Therapist in the UK
• Valid Immunisations (Hep B)
• Clear DBS certificate (we can support with this if required) & full indemnity cover
• Able to deliver a fantastic patient journey & ensure our patients have a positive experience in practice
• Experience supporting Invisalign Dentistry is highly desirable
• Experience in offering advanced treatments such as airflow & GBT are also desirable
