Job summary

Invisiblebraces4u are recruiting an experienced Orthodontic Therapist to join our growing dental group at Flixton. The role involves delivering orthodontic therapy under a dentist's prescription, with focus on Invisalign and advanced treatments, while adhering to GDC standards and indemnity requirements.

The position offers permanent, on-site employment with competitive hourly pay and supportive nursing/front-desk teams to ensure a smooth patient journey and excellent clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• GDC registration valid; ideally 2 years’ UK experience as Orthodontic Therapist.
• Immunisations (Hep B) up to date.
• Clear DBS certificate; indemnity cover.
• Capable of delivering excellent patient journeys in practice.
• Experience supporting Invisalign dentistry and advanced treatments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out high-quality orthodontic therapy under a dentist's prescription.
• Follow practice policies and GDC guidelines at all times.
• Ensure professional indemnity and insurance are in place; complete CPD as required.
• Promote strong teamwork and effective communication within the dental team.
• Coordinate with the practice partner on administration, pay and service conditions.

*Sundays - 9:30am to 6:30pm - £55 Per Hour*

Invisiblebraces4u (IB4U) are excited to be opening a search for an experienced and qualified Orthodontic Therapist to join us at our reputable and award winning dental group, located out of KISS Dental Flixton.

Here at IB4U, we are the largest Invisalign provider in Europe, with a mission to make it easy, affordable & accessible to everyone. We have a proven & effective marketing model, meaning we perform thousands of cases each year. Due to significant business growth, we are now looking for an Orthodontic Therapist to join us on our journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out a high-quality orthodontic therapy treatment under the prescription of a dentist in line with current legislation and regulations


• Following practice policies & procedures at all times in line with GDC guidelines


• Ensure that the required professional indemnity and insurance are in place and that all necessary CPD is undertaken


• Promote, establish and maintain productive working relationships with all members of the dental team


• Liaising with the practice partner on all matters concerning administration, pay and service conditions

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Valid GDC registration – ideally with 2 years’ experience working as an Orthodontic Therapist in the UK


• Valid Immunisations (Hep B)


• Clear DBS certificate (we can support with this if required) & full indemnity cover


• Able to deliver a fantastic patient journey & ensure our patients have a positive experience in practice


• Experience supporting Invisalign Dentistry is highly desirable


• Experience in offering advanced treatments such as airflow & GBT are also desirable
