Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or certificate in Physical Therapy.
• Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• BLS Certification through AHA or Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and on-going assessments of patient condition.
• Establish, revise and evaluate a plan of care with patient/family involvement.
• Perform therapy interventions using standard physical therapy techniques.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, students and other support personnel.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or certificate in Physical Therapy

Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association
