The role

The role involves conducting field surveys across various sites and report writing to support our expanding portfolio of renewable energy projects across the UK. Depending on your experience, there will be opportunities to develop skills in various survey types and methodologies, working with rare and protected species in diverse landscapes.

About you

Depending on your experience, your duties may include:

• Assisting with and leading ornithology surveys using various methodologies
• Maintaining accurate field notes, including digital records, following scientific principles
• Analyzing data, preparing reports, and collating relevant data
• Undertaking other survey types such as water vole, otter, badger, bats, and habitat assessments

This role involves remote work, travel, and some out-of-hours activities due to the nature of client sites and survey types.
