The role

The role involves conducting field surveys across various sites and report writing to support our expanding portfolio of renewable energy projects across the UK. Depending on your experience, there will be opportunities to develop skills in various survey types and methodologies, working with rare and protected species in diverse landscapes.

About you

Depending on your experience, your duties may include:

• Assisting with and leading ornithology surveys using various methodologies
• Maintaining accurate digital field notes in line with scientific standards
• Data analysis, report writing, and data management
• Conducting other surveys such as water vole, otter, badger, bats, and habitat assessments

Due to the nature of the work, this role involves remote working, travel, and some out-of-hours work.
