Job summary

Domino’s is seeking a Shift Runner in the UK to manage store operations during shifts, lead the team, and deliver excellent customer service. You’ll ensure standards are met and help team members reach their potential.

Ideal candidates have experience in busy settings, supervisory skills, and knowledge of food safety. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is essential, with rights to work at the store location.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members during designated shifts.
• Open and close the store, manage shift changes and complete shift reports.
• Ensure all food preparation is completed to company standards.
• Deliver fast, accurate and outstanding service to customers.
• Maintain product control and ensure correct volumes are prepared.
• Ensure the store cleaning standards are maintained.
• Complete statutory paperwork in line with Food Hygiene Regulations and company Health & Safety standards.

The Role:

As a Shift Runner, you’ll take charge of store operations during your shift, ensuring everything runs smoothly in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. You’ll be responsible for organising the team, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining high operational standards. You’ll also play a key role in coaching and developing team members to help them reach their full potential.

This role involves periods of standing, lifting, carrying, and reaching. You may also work in hot environments (near ovens) and cold environments (walk-in fridges) and occasionally outdoors (e.g. refuse disposal, deliveries).
