Job summary

Domino's in Redditch is seeking a Shift Runner to take charge of store operations during your shift, coordinating the team and delivering fast, friendly service.

You’ll open and close the store, supervise staff, oversee food preparation to company standards, and coach team members to reach their full potential.

This role involves standing, lifting, and working evenings and weekends, with opportunities for progression in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members during designated shifts

• Maintain product control and ensure correct volumes are prepared
• Ensure the store cleaning standards are maintained

The Role:

As a Shift Runner, you’ll take charge of store operations during your shift, ensuring everything runs smoothly in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. You’ll be responsible for organising the team, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining high operational standards. You’ll also play a key role in coaching and developing team members to help them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

This role involves periods of standing, lifting, carrying, and reaching. You may also work in hot environments (near ovens) and cold environments (walk-in fridges) and occasionally outdoors (e.g. refuse disposal, deliveries).
