Triple Point Specialty Finance seeks an Origination Analyst to provide execution support across the full deal lifecycle, sourcing, assessing and delivering new lending transactions. You will analyse borrowers, help prepare materials for Credit Committee, and support onboarding to bring facilities to completion.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and analyse company financial accounts.
• Strong financial modelling and Excel skills.
• Prior experience in credit, banking, private equity or related finance desirable.
• Degree level education; professional qualification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide execution support across the full deal lifecycle and source new lending transactions.
• Analyse borrowers' financial models, loan tapes, and company accounts; prepare credit papers.
• Support the documentation and onboarding that bring facilities to completion.
• Prepare NDAs and initial term sheets; review client files and data rooms.
• Carry out KYC/AML and adverse-media searches; keep them current.
• Maintain data in internal systems and support analytics and Forward Flow initiatives.
