Job summary

Triple Point is seeking a Credit & Risk professional to help review portfolios, identify early warning signals, and provide expert credit input across private credit strategies. You will collaborate with origination and portfolio teams to ensure robust credit decisions while driving process improvements in reporting and automation.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, independent judgement, and the ability to communicate complex risk insights to senior stakeholders within a hybrid working

Qualifications

• Significant experience in credit risk, credit analysis or portfolio management within a lending, private credit, or credit advisory environment.
• Strong financial analysis and credit assessment skills, with the ability to review and challenge credit papers and identify key risks.
• Experience with portfolio monitoring or review processes, including identifying early signs of credit deterioration.

Responsibilities

• Assist with portfolio review processes and identify risk across lending strategies.
• Exercise delegated authority for non-material credit requests.
• Contribute to watchlist and early warning indicator processes.
• Provide input to Lessons Learnt on challenged cases and trends.
• Partner with origination teams to evaluate new lending opportunities.
• Review credit papers and provide recommendations to Credit Committee members.
• Prepare and present portfolio health and risk reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Identify improvements to credit processes and automation.
