Job summary

RS UK & Ireland is seeking an Organisation Effectiveness Specialist to design and deliver future-state organisational models that enable harmonised processes through SAP S/4HANA deployment. This hybrid role offers a mix of remote work and office presence in London, Manchester or Corby.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organisational Psychology, Business Management, Organisational Development, or related field.
• Professional qualification in Organisation Design/Organisation Development/Change Management or equivalent, e.g. CIPD Level 5/7, Prosci, CMC.
• Significant experience in operating model design and transformation across global or multi-country organisations.

Responsibilities

• Assess current organisational structures, workforce, roles, costs, and ways of working.
• Lead the design of future organisational structures to support new processes and SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Define future roles, reporting lines, accountabilities, and governance frameworks.
• Develop global organisational design standards and blueprints while considering local market needs.
