What You’ll Do

As Organisation Design Manager you will be joining us at an important time as we continue to shape the future design of our organisation. This role will be part of our integration planning team, to develop our functional operating model and organisation designs. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in the Organisational Design space, who is keen to take on a new challenge.

• You will understand the strengths and weaknesses of an organisation, to be able to shape priorities for the future design
• You will assure the design of interim and end-state designs deliver on our vision with efficient, integrated and optimised structure
• You will support end to end delivery of the new organisation, including effective implementation and change management – whilst ensuring positive employee and customer experiences
• You will apply expertise and challenge to business leaders, senior HR decision makers and business partners to develop designs that meet the needs of our customer base and deliver on our plans
• You will apply appropriate OD approaches, tools and methodologies to tackle operating model challenges
• You will maintain a central view of OD initiatives and report to the HR leadership teams to drive visibility and decision-making of OD projects
• You will partner closely with local OE and People Analytics to unlock rich insight from our vast body of data and enrich our organisation effectiveness decision making
• You will own and champion OD and change management methodologies/best practices
• You will apply specialist knowledge to provide OD and change expertise to coach senior and middle management business and HR colleagues as needed
  
  
  

Who You Are

Essential:

• You will have significant experience in Organisation Design in large complex organisations, working with business and HR leaders
• You will have knowledge and experience applying OD tools, approaches and methodologies
• You will have the ability to influence executive level directors, working as a collaborative partner across the organisation to influence and make an impact
• You will have strong storytelling and communication skills to articulate the case for change, drawing on data where appropriate, and applying logic to analyse options to solve business dilemmas
• You will have strong analytical skills and strategic thinking applied to demonstrate credibility in expertise
• You will have strong project management skills, and the ability to lead workshops and engage with diverse stakeholders, across functions at different level of seniority
• You will have the ability to coach and work collaboratively with business and HR colleagues
