Job summary

Riverford Organic Farmers Ltd is seeking a Face-to-Face Sales Ambassador to recruit new customers at high streets, stations, and events across the region. You will set up engaging stands and guide people to sign up for their first Riverford order on the spot.

The role includes an initial all-expenses-paid trip to the Devon farm for hands-on training, with ongoing coaching. Expect travel, outdoors work, and uncapped commission based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience or aptitude for in-person selling at events, markets, or high streets.
• Ability to engage customers quickly and clearly explain Riverford’s value proposition.
• Motivated self-starter who enjoys targets and working outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Spend most days out in the field engaging customers face to face at busy locations and events.
• Set up eye-catching stands and start conversations to sign up new Riverford customers on the spot.
• Learn the product at the main Devon farm during starter training and apply coaching afterwards.
