Paddle is seeking an Organic & AI Search Manager to shape how the brand is found and cited across search and AI outputs. You’ll own discoverability strategy, audit content performance, and partner with Brand, PMM, and Growth to ensure content is easy to find and trusted by both people and machines.

Reporting to the Head of Web, you’ll translate insights into roadmap decisions, draft content with AI acceleration, and steer BAU updates while connecting organic visibility to pipeline and commercial

Competenze

• Strong foundation in SEO across technical, on-page, and off-page work with growing AI discovery/GEO expertise.
• Understanding how LLMs surface, cite, and influence content, and how brands shape that.
• Experience working with content, brand, or product marketing to shape collaboration and outputs.
• Ability to draft first versions for review using AI to speed up work.
• Ability to translate complex organic data into clear direction for non-specialists.
• Ability to connect organic performance to commercial outcomes like pipeline.
• Ability to balance long-term strategy with rapid testing of hypotheses.
• Curiosity about how information discovery is evolving and its future direction.

• Audit presence across traditional search, AI responses, and LLM citation patterns; build a prioritized roadmap based on gaps.
• Turn data into clear content decisions for Brand, PMM, and Growth teams.
• Collaborate with Creative, Social, and PR to structure and distribute content so search engines and LLMs can find it.
• Align messaging with PMM to ensure consistent representation wherever people look.
• Lead BAU content updates and drafts with AI support; bring SEO and AEO input to new content.
• Define and track metrics like AI citation share, share of voice in LLM outputs, organic trends.
• Link organic visibility to commercial goals and influence pipeline through content priorities.
