Job summary

RedGreen Partners is seeking an experienced Organisation Design Specialist for a 12 Month FTC in Greater Manchester. The role is hybrid, with 3 days in the office, and focuses on shaping how work gets done through evidence-led organisation design across multiple programmes.

You will work hands-on on operating models, governance, and organizational structures, supported by data insights, and you'll facilitate workshops while advising senior leaders on practical design options.

Qualifications

• Target Operating Models and future-state operating models.
• Organisation structures, roles, accountabilities and governance.
• Diagnosing organisational challenges through data and insight.
• Designing and facilitating organisation design workshops.
• Advising senior leaders and stakeholders on design options.
• Producing clear recommendations and creating practical OD tools, frameworks, templates and guidance.
• Evaluating the impact of design changes and tracking outcomes.
• Experience with workforce analytics or large-scale transformation would be a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Work across multiple business areas and transformation programmes to shape how work gets done through practical, evidence-led organisation design.
• Be hands-on across target operating models and future-state operating models.
• Diagnose organisational challenges through data and insight.
• Design and facilitate organisation design workshops with stakeholders.
• Advise senior leaders on design options and create practical tools and templates.
• Produce clear recommendations and track outcomes after design changes.
