Job summary

KPI Recruiting are looking for a reliable Order Picker / Counterbalance FLT Operative to join a busy warehouse team. You will pick customer orders, operate a Counterbalance FLT and support daily warehouse operations.

Pay is £13.50 per hour, with Monday to Friday 07:00–17:00 shifts. This role requires a valid Counterbalance FLT licence and the ability to drive due to the rural location of the client.

• Previous warehouse and order picking experience.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately.
• Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely to move stock around the warehouse.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Replenishing stock locations.
• Carrying out stock checks when required.
• Ensuring all goods are stored correctly and safely.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.
• Following all company health and safety procedures.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.

This role involves accurately picking customer orders, operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck, and supporting the day-to-day warehouse operation.

• £13.50 p/h

The days and hours as an Order Picker/ Counterbalance FLT Driver are:

• Monday- Friday
• 07:00- 17:00
