Job summary

Atrium (EMEA) is seeking an Order Management System Business Analyst for Equities and Fixed Income on a 12‑month contract in London. The role combines technical OMS experience with front-office collaboration and a hybrid work pattern (4 days on site).

You will lead a small team, manage projects and vendors, coordinate with engineering, product and operations, and drive OMS to EMS integrations and migrations across venues such as TradeWeb and MarketAxess.

Qualifications

• Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) such as Aladdin, Charles River, or Fidessa.
• End-to-end trade workflow knowledge in equities and/or fixed income.
• Detailed requirements documentation and strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team on front-office OMS initiatives.
• Project and vendor management using Jira, Scrum and Agile methods.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product and Ops across multiple desks.
• Oversee OMS to EMS integrations and migrations, including venue connectivity with TradeWeb/ MarketAxess.
