Qualifications

• Strong front-office experience and understanding of trade lifecycle workflows.
• Experience managing small teams or workstreams.
• Hands-on experience with front-office transformation or trading technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document detailed business and technical requirements.
• Support end-to-end delivery of front-office projects.
• Engage with electronic trading venues like TradeWeb, MarketAxess, and Bloomberg.

Skills

Strong experience with OMS platforms (e.g., Aladdin, Charles River, Fidessa, etc.)

Solid understanding of FIX protocol

Experience with SQL and data analysis

Proven experience with system implementations and integrations
