Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking an Order Management Coordinator in Leeds with hybrid working. You will support our EMEA growth by ensuring orders are processed smoothly, deliveries on time, and customers receive best-in-class service across internal and external stakeholders.

You will gain hands-on experience in processing orders, liaising with freight providers, and improving supply chain processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Some previous work experience in logistics, operations or customer service.
  • Strong Excel and general IT skills; ERP experience is a bonus.
  • Excellent organisation and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

  • Process and track sales and purchase orders.
  • Validate pricing, availability and delivery timelines.
  • Manage relationships with 3PL and freight partners.
  • Coordinate customer shipments and monitor supply chain activity.
  • Resolve discrepancies and drive process improvements.
  • Produce reports and support wider operational projects.

Order Management Coordinator
Leeds / Hybrid

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-driven individual to join our fast-paced Order Management team supporting our EMEA growth. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who’s keen to build experience in supply chain operations, logistics and customer service—with support to grow, learn, and make an impact from day one.

About the role

As an Order Management Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring sales orders are processed smoothly, products are delivered on time, and our customers—bothinternal and external—receive best-in-class service. You’ll liaise with freight and logistics providers, retailers, and internal teams to track and fulfil orders across the EMEA region.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across:

  • Processing and tracking sales and purchase orders
  • Validating pricing, availability and delivery timelines
  • Managing relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) and freight partners
  • Coordinating customer shipments and monitoring supply chain activity
  • Resolving discrepancies and improving processes
  • Producing reports and supporting wider operational projects
What you’ll bring:

Some previous workexperience—whether in a placement year, internship, or entry-level role is ideal, especially if you’ve touched on logistics, operations or customer service. But more important is your mindset: curiosity, accuracy, energy, and a desire to get stuck in.
