Job summary

A leading beauty brand is seeking a Temporary Order Management Coordinator to manage B2B and D2C orders while coordinating with logistics partners. What You’ll Do

• Process and manage B2B and D2C orders
• Coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners
• Monitor stock levels and ensure on-time deliveries
• Liaise with internal teams and handle customer order queries
• Keep our order management system (NetSuite, SAP, or similar) up to date

What You Bring

• Beauty, fashion, or FMCG experience a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and Excel skills
• Available immediately or on short notice
• SAP experience is a bonus!
