Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland in the West Hull region is seeking an Order Fulfilment Operative to join a friendly, family-run production environment. You will accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders within a busy production setting, ensuring high quality and order accuracy.

The role operates Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, with training provided and a requirement to have your own transport due to rural site location.

Qualifications

• Experience in order fulfilment, production, packing, warehouse, manufacturing or logistics environments is advantageous, though full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, prepare and pack customer orders
• Complete order documentation and customer records accurately
• Ensure products are packaged to a high standard before dispatch
• Carry out quality checks to ensure order accuracy
• Support production and fulfilment activities as required
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily targets and deadlines
• Undertake other duties as required to support the wider operation

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run production business based in a West Hull village. The Role

As an Order Fulfilment Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately prepared, packaged, and dispatched to the highest standards. Working within a busy production environment, you'll be responsible for processing orders efficiently while maintaining excellent levels of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
