Softcat plc in Marlow is looking for a passionate Order Fulfilment Executive to join their Procurement Department. In this role, you'll handle customer orders while ensuring high standards of service and accuracy.

As part of a collaborative team, you'll process transactional orders, develop stakeholder relationships, and have opportunities for flexible working arrangements. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and communicative, eager to grow within the company.

Drive thesuccess of the business

You’ll be a key member of the Order Fulfilment Team within the Procurement Department responsible for high volumes of transactional orders and understanding how vendor programmes work. You will be working with internal sales teams and external suppliers on customer orders to ensure they are processed accurately whilst obtaining the best price and providing a high level of service to the customer.

As a Order Fulfilment Executive, you’ll beresponsible for:

Able to multitask, set own deadlines, prioritise, and deliver against them. Often for projects started at your own suggestion.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Self-motivated to improve knowledge with the ability to use what you have learnt to benefit the team
Driven to manage your own career progression moving forward

We’d love you to have

Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Good communication skills, with the ability to develop relationships with different personalities across the business.
Ability to learn quickly and retain large quantities of information.
