DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Warehouse Operative (Order Distributor) for a role based at HM Prison Leicester. The position involves distributing orders on the prison wing, manual handling, and strict adherence to prison regulations.

The successful candidate will work part-time (5 hours weekly) with responsibilities including loading and unloading orders in a secure environment. Applicants must be able to operate within prison rules, communicate effectively at all levels, and provide a UK address

Position: Warehouse Operative (Order Distributor)
Location: HM Prison Leicester (LE2 7AJ)
Contract Type: Permanent (Part-Time)
Shift pattern: 5 hours per week - Friday,12:30 to 17:30
Salary: £3,611.40 per year

PLEASE NOTE: The role is based within a Prison. You will be required to under-go an Enhanced Security Vetting Process if you are to be successful for this position.

HMPPS provides prisoners with the means to order goods using their own funds. At DHL, our role is to manage the picking, packing and distribution of these orders. No two days on our HMPPS contract are the same! You will play an integral role in the prisoner's lives, working with a diverse team to support their rehabilitation.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

• Working on the prison wing, distributing orders timely and accurately to each in-mate
• Loading and unloading vehicles when orders arrive at the prison
• Compliance to prison rules and regulations
