Job summary

La Fosse Associates in London is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Test Lead to oversee end-to-end testing for a major global finance transformation programme implementing Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM. The role requires developing testing strategy and coordinating across Finance, Technology, Data and Delivery teams to ensure go-live readiness.

You will lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover rehearsals and report on risks and readiness for governance decisions.

Oracle Fusion Test Lead - 24 month FTC

Hybrid, 2 days a week in London.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Test Lead to lead end-to-end testing for a major global finance transformation programme implementing Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM.

You will be responsible for developing the testing strategy, overseeing execution across multiple workstreams and ensuring solutions are thoroughly tested and ready for go-live. Working closely with Finance, Technology, Data and Delivery teams, you will play a key role in ensuring quality, managing risks and supporting critical programme decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall testing strategy across Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM.
• Manage System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, cutover rehearsals and go-live readiness.
• Coordinate test plans, environments, data, resources and execution across multiple workstreams.
• Lead defect management, triage, resolution tracking and reporting.
• Work with business stakeholders, technical teams and implementation partners to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Proven experience leading testing within large-scale finance transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/EPM testing methodologies, including SIT, UAT, integrations, data migration, security and financial controls.
• Experience developing test strategies, plans, defect management processes and readiness reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Experience

• Experience testing Oracle Fusion ERP and/or Oracle EPM implementations.
• Knowledge of finance processes, including Record to Report, Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash, projects, assets, tax and financial planning and reporting.
• Familiarity with test management tools, business-led UAT and global transformation programmes.
