Job summary

La Fosse Associates in London is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Test Lead to oversee end-to-end testing for a major global finance transformation programme implementing Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM. The role requires developing testing strategy and coordinating across Finance, Technology, Data and Delivery teams to ensure go-live readiness.

You will lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover rehearsals and report on risks and readiness for governance decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading testing in large-scale finance transformations.
• Knowledge of SIT, UAT, integrations, data migration, security and financial controls.
• Strong communication and coordination with business and tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall testing strategy across Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM.
• Manage System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, cutover rehearsals and go-live readiness.
• Coordinate test plans, environments, data, resources and execution across multiple workstreams.
• Lead defect management, triage, resolution tracking and reporting.
• Work with business stakeholders, technical teams and implementation partners to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Provide testing metrics, risk assessments and readiness reporting to support governance and go/no-go decisions.
• Maintain robust testing controls, documentation and audit trails.
