Job summary

Invitise Ltd in London is seeking an Oracle Procurement Operations Support to join a public sector organisation on a hybrid basis, attending the London office three days a week. The role focuses on first-line support for Oracle Procurement (PPM) processes and incident resolution.

You will analyse and document end-to-end processes, manage workflow activity, escalate risks, and contribute to testing and service improvements within a defined operating model.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Oracle Procurement (PPM) and related processes.
• Experience supporting operational workflows, query resolution and ticket management.
• Experience analysing business processes to identify improvements.
• Experience with process mapping and documentation.
• Public sector experience would be beneficial and SC clearance eligibility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for Oracle Procurement (PPM) processes.
• Handle colleague and supplier queries and drive incidents to resolution.
• Manage and track workflow activity.
• Investigate operational issues within a defined support model.
• Escalate risks where needed.
• Translate complex end-to-end processes into clear documentation and knowledge articles.
• Contribute to testing and service improvement.
