Job Description

• Design and implement Oracle Identity Manager solutions for clients.
• Configure and customize OIM to meet the unique needs of our clients.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for OIM systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any OIM related issues.
• Create and maintain documentation of OIM configurations and processes.
• Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions for clients on OIM systems.
• Assess clients' current identity and access management processes and make recommendations for improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and technologies in the identity and access management field.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years + of recent major/customisation development work in One Identity Manager – focus on development and NOT support experience
• 5 years + SQL & relational databases
• 5 years + VB.NET & PowerShell scripting
• Well versed with IAM concepts (JML, PAM, RBAC, Recertification etc).
• Thorough understanding of Oracle Identity Manager architecture, components, and functionalities.
• Experience in implementing and configuring OIM for user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management principles and best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Certification in Oracle Identity Manager is a plus.
