The Role

As our new Senior Product Manager at Prolific, you will be a key member of the Product, Research, and Design Group. You will be responsible for the impact and outcomes of a team within our Human Data Product Group. This is a career-defining opportunity to influence the development of AI agents and intelligences. You will report to the Product Lead and work cross-functionally, managing a stream-aligned team.

Domain: You should have experience building AI systems or assisting others in building AI systems. You will need to quickly understand complex business systems, identify simplification opportunities, manage vendor relationships, and stay updated on KYC / Identity Verification technologies. Your team will champion data quality and user integrity.

Responsibilities: Manage a stream-aligned team, be accountable for its outcomes and impact.

What you'll be doing

• Apply your product experience to solve customer problems and create engaging opportunities.
• Enhance our product and team by making strategic bets and building products that customers love and that drive business value.
• Unblock and simplify complex problems, providing solutions that leave colleagues optimistic.
• Collaborate with design, research, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver iterative products.

What you'll bring

• Extensive experience working with engineering and design teams.
• Proven track record in building user-facing AI-powered products and a curiosity about AI developments.
• Knowledge of product tools, methodologies, Agile, CI/CD, JTBD, team organization frameworks, and growth strategies.
• Strong data literacy and decision-making skills.
• Excellent storytelling, teamwork, personal accountability, and a proactive attitude.

Even better if you have

• Experience in scale-ups or startups.
• AI/ML training or development experience.
• Contributions to the product community.
