Job Description:

Whitehall Resources is seeking an Oracle HCM Payroll Specialist with SC clearance based in Slough for an initial 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Oracle HCM Payroll system configuration, data, security, and business processes.
• Resolve system issues, focusing on long-term solutions.
• Collaborate with system administrators to ensure efficient system integration.
• Support HR System Manager with Oracle Cloud releases, testing, and new functionalities.
• Assist in the rollout of new HR system functionalities.
• Translate business requirements into system functionalities and support implementation.
• Contribute to system documentation and train users on new features.
• Maintain confidentiality of personal data.
• Share expertise and support various projects and BAU activities.
• Assist in Oracle Cloud integration with external applications across IT and Finance.

Key Skills:

• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (required)
• Configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle Cloud HCM
• Understanding and configuring Oracle HCM Base module
• Experience with Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies
• Knowledge of HR operations and designing solutions using Oracle Cloud
• Strong experience with Oracle Payroll & HCM Fusion
• Knowledge of Payroll Fast Formula, Payroll Processing, UK Pensions & Absence Management
