The Powered Apps teams are communities of technology professionals delivering KPMG Powered Enterprise through a standardized delivery model, ensuring professional client service. They leverage their functional knowledge (e.g., Finance, HR, Procurement) and expertise in cloud applications (e.g., Oracle, Workday, Coupa) to lead and deliver client programs, support pre-sales, and develop enhancements to Powered Enterprise. We are expanding our S&D - Powered Apps team to meet increasing demand and are seeking IT management consultants with relevant experience.

What will you be doing?

• Developing end-to-end solutions using industry best practices and understanding product options.
• Leading delivery of workstreams, managing offshore teams for Oracle HCM Cloud transformations and business process changes.
• Leading client meetings and facilitating workshops with large groups.
• Designing, configuring, and testing modules or processes with offshore teams for successful deployment.
• Building lasting client relationships and expanding your professional network to meet client needs.

What will you need to do it?

• Experience implementing at least one Oracle HCM cloud module.
• Expertise in Core HCM module.
• Background as a Functional Consultant advising on HR business process changes.
• Experience leading client meetings and workshops.
• Responsibility for end-to-end delivery, including managing offshore teams.
• Experience in pre-sales and business development activities.

Skills we’d love to see / Amazing Extras:

• Experience with other Oracle HCM packages such as Benefits, Workforce Modeling, or Work Life.
