As a Senior Consultant and key member of the project team, you will actively contribute across all phases of the consulting lifecycle. In a client-facing capacity, you will lead and support activities including requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design, with a strong focus on Oracle Time & Labour (OTL).
You will collaborate closely with functional and technical teams to design, configure, test, and deploy Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines. You will also play a role in supporting proposal development, delivering product demonstrations, and helping expand our Oracle Cloud Time & Labour capabilities and offerings.
As an experienced professional, you are a self-starter with strong functional expertise in Oracle Time & Labour Cloud, supported by hands‑on implementation experience across multiple industries. You are comfortable working in fast‑paced environments and are confident in engaging effectively with client stakeholders.

Bachelor's Degree
Deep knowledge of Oracle Time & Labour (OTL), including:
Solid understanding of related modules such as Absence Management, Payroll, and Compensation
Understanding of UK legislative and compliance considerations impacting time tracking and payroll integration
