Job summary

PwC is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM technical specialist with Fast Formula expertise to join our Advisory HR Technology team in a Manager role. You will lead technical workstreams, govern complex Fast Formula and Payroll solutions, and drive Oracle Cloud delivery programmes for clients across the UK.

You will guide workshops, engage with presales, and coach junior consultants while maintaining a high-performing, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Oracle Fast Formula expertise and Oracle HCM Cloud knowledge.
• Experience leading Oracle Cloud HCM delivery programmes.
• Full lifecycle experience of at least two Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical workstreams across Oracle HCM and Payroll implementations.
• Design and govern Fast Formula and Payroll solutions across Oracle HCM modules.
• Provide technical leadership and governance for complex transformations.
• Coach junior consultants and support their professional development.
• Support presales activities, solution demonstrations, proposals and pursuits.
• Review work for quality and relevance, ensuring client value.
