Job summary

PwC UK is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM technical specialist with extensive Fast Formula expertise to lead cloud delivery programmes. You will provide technical leadership across Fast Formula design, governance and implementation for complex transformations.

You will drive technical workstreams, govern Fast Formula solutions, and support client pursuits while mentoring junior consultants within a collaborative Workforce Transformation team.

Qualifications

• Eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC) and NATO clearance.
• Full lifecycle experience of at least two Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Significant Fast Formula expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical workstreams across Oracle HCM and Payroll implementation programmes.
• Design and govern Fast Formula and Payroll solutions for Oracle HCM modules.
• Provide technical leadership across governance and implementation activities.
• Coach junior consultants and support their professional development.
• Support presales activities, solution demonstrations and client pursuits.
• Review and ensure quality, accuracy and relevance of deliverables.
