Job summary

PwC UK is seeking an Oracle HCM technical consultant with specialist Oracle Fast Formula expertise to support complex Oracle Cloud transformation programmes. You will work within our Oracle HCM practice, delivering advisory, implementation and transformation services for clients across public and private sectors.

In this role you will design, develop and troubleshoot Oracle Fast Formulas, participate in requirements workshops, support payroll configurations and post go-live activities, and

Qualifications

• Full lifecycle experience of at least one Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
• Proficiency with Oracle Fast Formula and Payroll modules.
• Eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC).

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a diverse team to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
• Support clients in delivering Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll transformation programmes through innovative technical solutions.
• Design, develop and troubleshoot Oracle Fast Formulas across Oracle HCM and Payroll modules.
• Conduct requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis workshops to understand client business needs.
• Support technical design, payroll testing, training and deployment activities.
• Review your own work for quality, accuracy and relevance.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders using structured, straightforward language.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the PwC network to deliver innovative Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Support post-go-live activities and resolve client issues.
