Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Talent & Learn Functional Consultant to help organisations deploy, configure, and optimise Oracle HCM Cloud solutions that develop, engage, and retain people.

You will guide clients through discovery, design, deployment and optimisation, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering high-quality documentation, demos, and governance across global ERP transformation programmes.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Talent & Learn implementations.
• Experience delivering multiple Oracle HCM Cloud projects.
• Strong workshop facilitation across design, configuration, testing, and validation.
• Experience mapping onboarding journeys and approval workflows.
• Ability to provide functional leadership and strategic client guidance.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops and advise on Oracle HCM leading practices.
• Design and configure Oracle HCM Cloud Talent & Learn solutions.
• Deliver solution demos and design playback sessions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system designs.
• Produce functional docs and solution workbooks.

The Role

As an Oracle HCM Cloud Talent & Learn Functional Consultant, you'll play a key role in designing and implementing innovative Oracle HCM Cloud solutions that help organisations develop, engage, and retain their people.
