Version 1 is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Talent & Learn Functional Consultant to design and implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions that help organisations develop, engage, and retain their people.

You’ll guide clients through discovery, design, deployment, and optimisation, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure successful transformation across talent processes. This role requires eligibility for UK clearance and UK residency in the last 3 years.

• Proven expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Talent & Learn.
• Experience delivering multiple Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Strong workshop facilitation skills across design, configuration, testing, and validation phases.
• Experience implementing onboarding journeys and approval workflows.
• Ability to provide functional leadership and strategic guidance to clients.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.

The Role

As an Oracle HCM Cloud Talent & Learn Functional Consultant, you'll play a key role in designing and implementing innovative Oracle HCM Cloud solutions that help organisations develop, engage, and retain their people.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through every stage of the implementation lifecycle, from discovery and design through to deployment and optimisation.
