In this exciting role as Manager – Oracle Fusion Reporting, you’ll be the driving force behind our Oracle Cloud reporting strategy for Finance. You’ll lead the design, development and delivery of Oracle reports, while supporting stakeholders with insight-driven data tools. With your expertise in Oracle Fusion and enterprise reporting, you’ll ensure robust frameworks and processes are in place to deliver high-quality, reliable outputs that help Virgin Atlantic make better business decisions.
Define and deliver our Oracle Cloud reporting strategy, set out clear principles, tooling and approach to maximise the value of Oracle Fusion reporting.
Manage reporting governance and quality assurance, establish a single front door for reporting requests and oversee robust delivery frameworks.
Lead reporting design and development, collaborate across Finance, Data, and Technology to translate business needs into practical reporting solutions using OTBI, BI Publisher and Power BI.
Test and maintain reporting outputs, ensure accuracy, reliability and completeness through rigorous end-to-end testing and documentation.
Support and guide stakeholders, act as a key partner to Finance stakeholders, helping them understand reporting capabilities and driving adoption through training and support.
Drive continuous improvement, identify opportunities for automation and optimisation, maintaining a prioritised backlog of enhancements.

Alongside the above, we’re looking for someone with the following:
Expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP, including OTBI and BI Publisher
Strong SQL and data analysis skills
Proven experience delivering and maintaining enterprise-level reports
A collaborative, people-first approach with strong stakeholder engagement skills
Experience working with Power BI and other enterprise data platforms
Ability to lead both internal teams and third-party suppliers
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
Experience of end-to-end testing and automated test planning
