Hours: 37.5 hrs per week, Monday to Friday

Contract: 12 Month FTC/Secondment

Location: Hybrid remote working with 3 days a week in the VHQ, Crawley

In this role as Manager - Oracle Fusion Reporting, you will drive our Oracle Cloud reporting strategy for Finance. You will lead the design, development, and delivery of Oracle reports, supporting stakeholders with insight-driven data tools. Your expertise in Oracle Fusion and enterprise reporting will ensure robust frameworks and processes that deliver high-quality, reliable outputs to aid business decisions.

Day to day

• Define and implement the Oracle Cloud reporting strategy, establishing principles, tooling, and approaches to maximize value.
• Manage reporting governance and quality assurance, establishing a single point of contact for reporting requests and overseeing delivery frameworks.
• Lead reporting design and development, collaborating across Finance, Data, and Technology teams to create practical reporting solutions using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Power BI.
• Test and maintain reporting outputs, ensuring accuracy and completeness through rigorous testing and documentation.
• Support stakeholders by explaining reporting capabilities and promoting adoption through training and support.
• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization, maintaining a backlog of enhancements.

• Expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP, including OTBI and BI Publisher

• Experience delivering and maintaining enterprise-level reports
• A collaborative, people-first approach with stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with Power BI and other data platforms
• Ability to lead internal teams and third-party suppliers
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
• Experience with end-to-end testing and automation
