Job summary

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Systems Lead in Newcastle to own and shape the Fusion landscape. You will bridge Finance, Technology and the business, delivering enhancements, onboarding new entities, and guiding the team while staying close to users and processes.

Qualifications

• Extensive Oracle Fusion Financials experience.
• Strong grasp of finance and accounting processes.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into system solutions.
• Experience guiding or mentoring team members.
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on ownership of Oracle environments.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver the Fusion roadmap.
• Support Fusion Financials enhancements and implementations.
• Onboard new business areas and entities onto Fusion.
• Collaborate with Finance and operations to improve processes.
• Provide functional support across the Oracle Finance estate.
• Assist user adoption, training and knowledge sharing.
• Work with external delivery partners on projects.
• Support wider systems team on complex functional issues.
• Explore emergent Oracle capabilities, including AI Agents.
