NXTGEN are supporting a major organisation undertaking a significant Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation programme and are looking to appoint an Oracle Finance Transformation Lead to play a key role in the delivery of a new enterprise-wide Finance & Payroll platform.

This Oracle Finance Transformation Lead opportunity would suit someone who enjoys operating within large-scale ERP programmes, driving process improvement and working closely with senior stakeholders to shape how finance operations

Qualifications

• Proven Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of finance and payroll processes.
• Experience within regulated or public-sector environments.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge constructively.
• Hands-on delivery with project leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance & Payroll workstream within a major Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation.
• Act as the senior functional SME across core finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Projects and Payroll.
• Work closely with implementation partners to support solution design, configuration and delivery.
• Lead “to-be” process design workshops and drive best-practice operating models.
• Support data migration, integrations, controls and reporting design.
• Oversee testing, defect resolution and go-live readiness activities.
• Work with senior stakeholders to manage business change and adoption.
• Support long-term optimisation, governance and continuous improvement of the platform.
