Job summary

Staffordshire County Council is implementing an Oracle Fusion solution to provide an integrated Finance, HR and Payroll system for end users across the authority. The role focuses on reporting, data migration and technical readiness within the HR and Payroll workstream over a 12-month period.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to analyse data from multiple sources, document requirements for reports and interfaces, and collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience with multiple data sources and data integration concepts.
• Strong understanding of reporting requirements and delivery.
• Willingness to learn about system integrations and information exchange between systems.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables with prioritisation (MOSCOW).

Responsibilities

• Analyse and coordinate reporting, integrations, and data readiness activities in the HR and Payroll workstream.
• Document requirements and specifications for reports, interfaces, and non-functional components.
• Liaise between the HR & Payroll workstream, stakeholders, partners, and technical teams to align end-to-end design.
• Compile data and insights from multiple sources.
• Identify opportunities to cleanse and improve data quality across existing solutions.
• Attend and contribute to relevant workshops.
• Support testing and validation of reporting, integrations and migrated data.
• Support data quality and cutover preparations.
