Job summary

Ellison Institute of Technology seeks a Test and Release Manager to lead the ongoing Oracle Fusion test and release cycle across HCM, Finance and SCM. You will own the release calendar, coordinate testing, and manage customer communications, aligning with IBM and Oracle delivery partners in a hybrid Oxford-based role.

You will plan readiness around Oracle SaaS updates, drive UAT with business users, and ensure sign-off by authorized owners while keeping the project on track and within risk

Qualifications

Proven experience leading enterprise application testing and release coordination with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Ability to coordinate business users and suppliers and manage priorities across modules.
Hands-on testing ability and capability to interpret results for wider team.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain the Fusion test and release calendar, including quarterly updates.
Coordinate testing, readiness evidence and business UAT with stakeholders.
Lead defect triage and ensure timely fixes and retesting.
Prepare release-readiness evidence and production rollout plans.
Communicate scope, risks and decisions to customers and owners.
