Job summary

Greenergy in Manchester seeks an Oracle Support Analyst to manage day-to-day Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, troubleshoot incidents, and handle service requests. You will contribute to system enhancements, testing, and quarterly updates, working with integrations and BI reporting teams.

The role requires solid Oracle ERP Cloud Financials experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement within a collaborative IT environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting Oracle ERP Cloud Financials (BAU)
• Strong functional knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Procurement and Projects
• Experience supporting Oracle ERP Cloud in a BAU production environment
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive, collaborative and committed to continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, resolving incidents within SLAs
• Configure and support Oracle ERP Cloud Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, FA, Expenses, Procurement, Projects)
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate into functional solutions
• Support system enhancements, testing, UAT, deployments and quarterly updates
• Work with technical teams on integrations and BI reports
• Produce functional documentation and user guidance
• Manage Oracle SRs and liaise with Oracle Support on tickets
• Provide month-end and year-end financial close support
