Job Description:

A global energy business is looking to recruit an Oracle EPM Functional Consultant to assist with the final stages of Oracle EPM implementation, as well as ongoing support and development, working closely with both finance and IT teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing Oracle FCCS/PBCS and future applications in line with company needs.
• Supporting the finance team in month-end close reporting (FCCS) and budgeting/forecasting (PBCS).
• Providing technical support for accounting and finance requirements.
• Assisting with the development of future enhancements and the Oracle EPM roadmap.

Key accountabilities include:

• Setting up and supporting Oracle FCCS/PBCS aligned with financial structures.
• Managing user roles, access, and security within Oracle EPM.
• Maintaining data mappings and automation scripts; troubleshooting issues.
• Implementing and monitoring system integrations to ensure data accuracy.
• Managing data loads from SUN/PRONTO into FCCS/PBCS.
• Supporting system automation, scripting, and validation.
• Enhancing validation rules and improving process efficiency.
• Monitoring system performance and providing end-user support.
• Managing journal entries, templates, and data forms.
• Handling reports, dashboards, and system updates.
• Assessing patches, planning feature rollouts, and managing deployments.
• Managing incident lifecycle and supporting users and projects.
• Liaising with third parties and maintaining documentation.
• Training users and supporting system alignment with policies.

Ideal candidates will have substantial experience with Oracle systems, preferably Oracle EPM, and a background in finance or close collaboration with finance teams. Experience with Hyperion, OneStream, or other Oracle EPM solutions is also considered beneficial.
