Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a Manager in Finance Solutions – EPM to lead Oracle EPM Cloud Planning programmes for large organisations, translating FP&A requirements into scalable, high‑performing planning solutions and guiding delivery across onshore and offshore teams.

You will engage senior Finance and IT stakeholders, shape target operating models, contribute to proposals and go‑to‑market strategies, and build expertise in Gen AI capabilities as they are embedded in planning.

Qualifications

• Deep FP&A and EPM background with Oracle EPM Cloud Planning experience.
• Experience leading workshops with senior Finance stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into platform capabilities and guide delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of Oracle EPM Cloud Planning implementations for large organisations.
• Run workshops with senior Finance stakeholders to shape operating models.
• Design FP&A processes across revenue, workforce, OpEx/CapEx, cash flow and reporting.
• Architect Oracle Planning within the broader Oracle EPM/ERP landscape and mentor teams.
