Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Oracle Data & AI Consultant (Associate Manager, CL8) to lead data-driven initiatives in the UK. The role focuses on designing and delivering modern data platforms on Oracle Cloud, guiding client engagements and shaping AI solutions across multiple projects.

Candidates should demonstrate strong SQL, data modelling and enterprise data engineering skills, with experience in consultancy and stakeholder management. UK-based, flexible/hybrid delivery is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering data platform, analytics, AI or ML projects using Oracle technologies.
• Strong experience with OCI, Oracle Autonomous DB, Oracle DB, Oracle Data Integration, GoldenGate, OAC, Oracle Data Intelligence.
• Experience delivering AI and Generative AI solutions leveraging OCI AI Services, Gen AI, Vector Search and LLMs.
• Strong SQL, data modelling, ETL/ELT and data engineering skills.
• Consulting experience leading workstreams and managing client engagements.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Multiple lifecycle implementations of Oracle AI solutions including business case and deployment.

As an Oracle Data & AI Consultant, you will:

• Manage delivery of Oracle Data & AI projects across strategy, design, implementation and deployment phases.

• Work directly with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable data and AI solutions.
• Support AI and Generative AI use cases using Oracle AI Services, OCI Generative AI, Vector Search and Oracle Database 23ai (or above) capabilities.
• Guide development teams and provide hands‑on technical leadership throughout project delivery.
• Contribute to solution architecture, estimating, proposals, and business development activities.

We are looking for experience in the following skills

We are looking for candidates that excel in working in a client facing environment with passion and proven delivery and architecture design skills. Candidates should be able to approach client challenges in an informed, structured and innovative way. Ideally, you have solid prior experience on Oracle applications, with focus on designing and implementing AI solutions based on Oracle.

• Proven experience delivering data platform, analytics, AI or machine learning projects using Oracle technologies.
• Strong technical experience across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Autonomous Database, Oracle Database, Oracle Data Integration, GoldenGate, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Data Intelligence and related services.
• Experience designing and delivering AI and Generative AI solutions leveraging OCI AI Services, OCI Generative AI, Vector Search, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong SQL, data modelling, ETL/ELT and data engineering skills, with experience building scalable enterprise data platforms.
• Previous experience of working in a consultancy environment leading workstreams and managing discrete client engagement
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Multiple lifecycle implementations of Oracle AI solutions, including the following phases: business case, requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, Cloud architecture, design documentation, and deployment.

• Hands‑on experience with cloud-native architectures, data lakes, lakehouses and enterprise AI platforms.
• One or more Oracle certifications across OCI, Data Management, AI Services or Autonomous Database.
• Experience working with complementary technologies such as Python, Spark, Databricks, Azure, AWS, OpenShift, Kubernetes or MLOps platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to structure client problems, shape solutions and identify opportunities for further value creation.
• Ability to travel as required to support client engagements.
